Julian as Virtual Programming Instructor (Guelph/Online)

Julian is a Software Engineering student currently at the University of Guelph. He loves computers and programming, and is always excited to share his interests with kids who want to know more.

This will be Julian's 3rd summer teaching STEM Camps and he's excited to see how much further Life Gears can reach with online programming.

Julian has been working with us for 2 years.

Kendell as Virtual Programming Instructor and Manager (Guelph/Online)

Kendell has just earned her Bachelor of Education from St. Thomas University. Previously, she completed her Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, with a focus in Mathematics, Statistics, and Business.

Kendell has 2 years of experience running STEM clubs and camps and is looking forward to pursuing a career in the education field.

Kendell has been working with us for 2 years.

Julianna as Virtual Programming Instructor (Guelph and Kitchener/Online)

Raised in Kitchener, Julianna recently earned her high school diploma and she is now a full time volunteer at a public school. Julianna is about to start working towards a double degree in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education this fall. She adores anything involving the arts and kids! Julianna is looking forward to this new learning opportunity and meeting everyone!

This is Julianna's first year with us.

Alex as Club Instructor (Guelph)

Alex is studying Biomedical Sciences at the University of Guelph and loves working with kids. She especially enjoys running our all girls programs and the kids love her!

Alex has been working with us for 2 years.

Sarah as President and Founder

Sarah completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Guelph with a focus in Mathematics, Physics, and Studio Arts and later completed a Bachelor of Education at Queen's University.

With 6 years of experience running STEM outreach programs/camps, she loves what she does and teaching has always been a passion of hers. Sarah's favourite part about teaching/ training is building confidence and excitement in others and being a part of that moment when someone realizes their potential.

Abbey as Camp Instructor (Guelph)

Abbey is a high school student at Centennial Public School and is excellent with children! She has tons of experience working with kids at camp, as well as babysitting for many families.

This is Abbey's first year with us.
